Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Megas Moves, including the website, Android app, account features, billing surfaces, APIs, and related developer workflow services.

1. Operator and service identity
Megas Moves is the public product identity for the developer workflow product available at megasmoves.io. The service is operated from India by the Megas Moves operating team, with Amretra Dynamics retained as the underlying registered operating entity where required for registrations, payments, tax, accounting, platform continuity, or legal notices.
Public users do not need to visit an Amretra website to use Megas Moves. Account, billing, support, and legal information for this product are available directly on Megas Moves.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing the website, creating an account, installing the app, using the APIs, joining testing, or purchasing Megas Moves Ultra, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the legal index.
You may use Megas Moves only if you can enter a legally binding arrangement under applicable law. If you use the service for an organisation, you represent that you have authority to do so.
3. Accounts and security
- Megas Moves uses Megas-branded sign-in backed by Firebase Authentication and the Megas backend.
- You must provide accurate account and billing information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, API tokens, devices, app sessions, and credentials.
- You must promptly contact contact@megasmoves.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Megas Moves Ultra and billing
Megas Moves Ultra is a paid digital access plan for product features such as shared agent context, project memory, app/CLI access, cloud sync, and related workflow capabilities. Prices, billing frequency, taxes, and included access are shown on the pricing or checkout surface before purchase.
- Website payments are processed through Razorpay or another listed payment processor.
- Google Play purchases and subscriptions are managed under Google Play billing rules.
- Payment failures may pause, limit, or end paid access until resolved.
- Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
5. User materials and connected systems
You retain ownership of your repositories, prompts, project notes, goals, files, chat context, and submitted materials. You grant Megas Moves a limited right to host, process, transmit, store, and display those materials as needed to operate the service, maintain security, provide support, verify access, and comply with law.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Megas Moves for unlawful activity, credential theft, malware, unauthorised infrastructure access, abusive scraping, harassment, deception, or attempts to bypass security controls. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms.
7. AI-assisted output
Megas Moves may support AI-assisted workflows, agent context, generated summaries, operational suggestions, or automation. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your exact environment. You remain responsible for reviewing code, commands, security decisions, legal decisions, and production changes before relying on them.
8. Service changes and availability
Megas Moves is an actively developed product. Features, pricing, limits, integrations, app tracks, and infrastructure may change. We aim to avoid abrupt changes to paid access, but urgent updates may be required for security, law, abuse prevention, platform requirements, or service stability.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Megas Moves is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable law, courts located in Telangana, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to Megas Moves.

For support, legal notices, billing questions, privacy requests, or consumer grievances, contact the Megas Moves Grievance Officer at contact@megasmoves.io. We aim to acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days where reasonably possible.
