1. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies when you use megasmoves.io, the Megas Moves Android app, account pages, billing pages, APIs, downloads, waitlists, support channels, or related testing programs.
2. Personal data we collect
- Identity and account data, such as name, email, Megas ID, sign-in provider, and authentication records.
- Billing metadata, such as plan, payment status, order ID, invoice or transaction reference, currency, refund status, and processor response metadata.
- App and device data, such as device model, operating system, app version, IP address, browser user agent, crash logs, diagnostics, and Play Integrity or license signals.
- Product data, such as goals, tasks, project memory, notes, messages, prompts, context records, agent sync data, and workspace configuration that you choose to submit.
- Support and communications data, such as emails, testing feedback, requests, bug reports, and grievance records.
- Security and abuse-prevention data, such as logs, rate-limit events, token validation events, and suspicious activity indicators.
3. Why we use personal data
- To create, authenticate, secure, and manage Megas Moves accounts.
- To deliver app, website, billing, support, cloud sync, context, and agent workflow features.
- To process payments, activate Megas Moves Ultra, prevent fraud, and maintain transaction records.
- To provide customer support, respond to grievances, and send service-related notices.
- To maintain security, debug incidents, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- To improve reliability and product quality using operational and aggregate signals.
4. Processors and third-party services
Megas Moves may share limited data with service providers needed to operate the product, including Firebase/Google authentication, Google Play, Razorpay, cloud hosting, database, email, monitoring, analytics, security, and support providers. Payment card or UPI details are handled by the payment processor; Megas Moves does not store full card numbers.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as reasonably needed for account access, service delivery, security, support, dispute handling, payment records, accounting, legal compliance, or product continuity. When data is no longer required, we delete, anonymise, or retain only limited records required by law or legitimate operational needs.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, update, erasure, consent withdrawal for optional processing, grievance redressal, or nomination-related handling where available. Some requests may be limited where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, payment records, legal compliance, or dispute handling.

7. Children
Megas Moves is intended for developers, professionals, testers, and users who can responsibly operate developer workflow tools. It is not directed to children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact us for review and deletion where appropriate.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures for a modern digital service, including encrypted transport, access controls, authentication checks, logging, and abuse-prevention controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Contact and grievance redressal
Contact the Megas Moves Grievance Officer at contact@megasmoves.io. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days where reasonably possible.
